Know About Gaya Anarsa

Anarsa is a sweet dish made by soaking rice in water for a few days. Then the drained rice is grinded and mixed with jaggery to make dough which is left for 4-5 days to mature. It is then rolled in white poppy seeds and shaped into ball like structure. It is then fried until it appears golden.
