Description

This “Blue Pottery of Jaipur Ceramic Leaf Design Diya” is  a traditional Indian oil lamp. It is a shallow, bowl-shaped object with an irregular, organic edge. The exterior of the diya is a solid, vibrant yellow. The interior has a deep blue base and is hand-painted with a single, prominent green leaf in the center, detailed with a dark brown or black outline and veins. Surrounding the central leaf are several small, dark blue polka dots. It showcases the traditional hand-painted motifs and distinctive color palette characteristic of Jaipur blue pottery.
