What are Geographical Indications (GI) Products?

GI products are the goods that have a specific geographic origin & possess qualities or reputation due to that origin & legacy that continues along with it such as Darjeeling Tea or Kachipuram silk etc.

How long will it take to receive my order?

How do I create an account?

Click on “Register button” at the top right of our home page. You’ll be asked to enter your email address and create a password. You can place an order as a guest as well. However, creating an account can allow you to track order, save your favorite products and enjoy a faster checkout process.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order within a limited time after purchase. It may vary from product to product. Please contact customer support as soon as possible to get a better overview on that particular product.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Currently, we only offer shipping to one address per order. If you need to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

How do I become a seller on IndyHaat?

Can I request a custom or personalized product?

Yes, most of our artisans offer customization services. You can contact us directly for such special requests.
