Khurja Pottery

Khurja pottery is crafted using locally sourced clay, shaped, biscuit-fired, glazed with mineral oxides and kiln-fired for a glossy finish. This technique, introduced by migrant potters centuries ago, blends Persian influences with Indian motifs. The legacy endures through generations of artisans in Khurja, where the craft remains a cornerstone of regional identity and ceramic innovation. Our Artisans at khurja follow the age old techniques till date.
